I’ve been a State Farm agent for 20 years, with an additional 13 years of prior experience in claims operations and management. We opened our second office in 2016 and have grown into a strong team of around 20 across both locations. Many of our team members have been with us for over a decade, which speaks to the supportive and stable environment we’ve built.

I was born in Texas and later spent time in Arizona and Nevada before returning to Texas, where I graduated from the University of North Texas. I’m a proud husband and parent of two adult children, and I enjoy traveling, off-roading with friends, and spending time with our two Corgis.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Haynes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
